ECHOS INNOVATION LAB
Echos is an innovation lab born in Brazil that aims to transform people, organizations, and society. Our purpose is to foster the new generation of innovators and innovations worldwide.
DESIGN THINKING SPECIALIZATION
This is the most complete Design Thinking program held in Brazil. In 4 months (around 170 h), the learn by doing/learn by sharing approach drives the students through 4 practical projects and many different sessions about empathy, collaboration, group facilitation, leadership by design etc.
In early 2016 I was a student in this program, and right after I completed it, I started facilitating the next classes.

METHODS DEVELOPMENT
In order to conduct some ideation, research and persona design sessions, I developed some design tools/methods such as these ideation cards.
IN COMPANY DESIGN THINKING EXPERIENCE
The Design Thinking Experience program is a modular (16 or 24h) course offered for in company training. Also guided by the learn by doing/learn by sharing approach, the participants live the design concepts and methods throughout 2 practical projects.
I have both facilitated and led groups for companies such as Serasa Experian, Senac, Itaú and Itaú Latam.
INTERNATIONAL EXPERIENCE
In august 2017 I shared with Reinaldo Campos (education manager) the leadership of three 24 hour workshops in Argentina, Paraguay and Uruguay for Itaú Latam.
